Big L is delighted to announce that they will be appearing at this years Rhythm Festival based at the Twinwood Arena, just north of Clapham in Bedfordshire, from the 29th - 31st August.
Into it's 3rd year now, it has established it's place in the festival season and has attracted the calibre of Jerry Lee Lewis, The Levellers, Dr. John, Donovan and the Alabama 3.
This year sees an even bigger line up over the 3 days and will feature Jefferson Starship, The Zombies, Richie Havens and The Saw Doctors.
Other acts include Geno Washington & The Ram Jam Band, Chas & Dave, The Pretty Things, Stackridge, Steve Cropper and The Animals, Big Star, Dave & Ansel Collins, Michelle Shocked and The Quick Silver Messenger Service to name but a few!
There will be other forms of entertainment happening during the 3 days with a therapy zone for you to unwind in as well as a digital funfair as well as a traditional 1950's one and a groovy movie picture house - the worlds first solar powered cinema. Also on the entertainment bill will be Big L's Mike Read with his famous Pop Quiz on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Add to that the comedy tent, an unsigned showcase and fun for the kids and it's a weekend that shouldn't be missed!
