Julian joined Bedfordshire's Chiltern FM in 1991 as Travel & Weather announcer before progressing to a day time presenter under the tutelage of Paul O' Reilly. After leaving Chiltern, he landed the afternoon slot at Mellow 1557; Julian has also worked for Radio Caroline and Cambridgeshire's Jam FM.

A much-sought after DJ, Julian is a big hit on the club scene, gaining lucrative contracts with both Wetherspoon's and Luminar. He also has his own property development company.
