Big L DJ Ian Cook can be heard on the airwaves of Big L International Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon 2 till 4pm and also Thursday evenings 7 till 9pm.

Cookie also hosts the "Three Of A Kind" show at 3am on a Saturday and Sunday where he showcases three tracks from a particular artist or group. Why not suggest your favourite artist / group to Ian - he would love to feature an artist just for you!

Just be warned... Cookie has been known to like a bit of vinyl... you may hear a new kind of scratching on the airwaves of Big L...... but do beware, watching a record go round could be bad for your neck...
